We will lease your rooftop for 20 years. Returns could make you $300,000 and more."
Leasing a roof is when the client does not wish to self finance the project. API has financial investors who are willing to lease the client’s roof for 20 yrs from $18,000/yr for 250kW AC (~40,000sq ft.). The client does nothing but provide the roof space. No risk, no work, and they get a lease agreement for 20 yrs valued at $360,000 revenue per 300Kw DC installed. Please see the basic financial model below for revenues.
NOTE: API assumed that 20% reduction due to existing roof equipment and tree shading. A full roof inventory would need to be performed to accurately estimate the revenues from useable space.

As you can see in the above chart, leasing your roof is a low risk basic situation very straight forward for the client. Considering the contract is for 20 years and the administration and revenue from this method are predictable for future budgeting purposes.
Your Role
Your only involvement, as Landlord, would be to allow for the occasional access to the rooftop for maintenance to the solar panel array.
In addition to leasing your rooftop space you not only receive an income, you also become a contributor to the global Green Energy movement.
