Roof-Mount Solar Leasing
Who can participate?
If you or know of anyone who owns a building that meets the following requirements:
- ♦Pitched roof must have at least 18,000 sq ft of south–facing area only
- ♦Roof must be free from any shading at any time of the day
- ♦Flat roof must have at least 20 years life remaining
- ♦There is no potential future structures on the building site or on neighboring properties
- ♦The rooftop and the structure of the building is physically capable of supporting the weight of the PV array

Who can participate?
If you or know of anyone who owns a land that meets the following requirements:
- ♦ At least 10 acres of clear land and CLI 4 and below agricultural zoning
- ♦ Land is accessible by road way all year round
- ♦ Land is not protected
